ReceiTracker（以下「本アプリ」）は、毎日の支出を気軽に記録し、あとから心地よく振り返るための家計簿です。便利さのために、あなたの家計を開発者へ預ける必要はありません。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが扱う情報、送信先、保存しない情報を説明します。
支出記録（店名、日付、金額、品目、費目、メモ）とアプリ設定は端末内に保存され、開発者は閲覧できません。アプリを削除すると消去されますが、利用者が書き出したバックアップやCSVは除きます。書き出し先には、そのサービスの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
写真、音声から変換された文章、または入力文章をAIで整理するときだけ、必要な画像または文章が送信されます。
(a) アプリ購入後3日間の体験中、またはReceiTracker Pro利用中： 利用者自身のAPIキーを使わない場合、Google Cloud Run（日本・東京）を経由してGoogle LLCのGemini APIへ送信されます。処理後、画像、文章、店名、品目、金額は開発者のサーバーに保存されません。
(b) 自分のGoogle Gemini APIキーを使う場合： 開発者のサーバーを経由せず、端末からGemini APIへ直接送信されます。Googleとの契約・設定が適用され、無料枠では送信データがサービス改善に使われる場合があります。
(c) 端末内OCR： 端末内で文字を読み取り、画像をAIサービスへ送信しません。
Appleの音声認識で文字へ変換します。端末やOSの状態により、認識のため音声がAppleへ送信される場合があります。AI整理を実行すると変換後の文章が第2項の経路で送信されます。開発者は音声を保存しません。
第2項(a)では、利用資格の確認、回数上限の管理、不正防止のため、Appleが発行するアプリ購入またはサブスクリプションの取引識別子、Bundle ID、日付、読み取り回数をGoogle Cloud Firestore（日本・東京）に記録します。氏名やメールアドレスとは結び付けず、画像、入力文章、店名、品目、金額、費目は記録しません。販売、広告、行動分析には使いません。
アプリ本体、買い切り機能、月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションはAppleのApp StoreとStoreKitを通じて提供されます。Appleが支払いを処理し、開発者はカード番号を取得しません。購入状態の確認に必要な取引情報はAppleから提供されます。
アプリ購入後3日間の体験は自動更新ではなく、終了時に自動課金されません。ReceiTracker Proは自動更新され、買い切りの「いつでも振り返り」は自動更新されません。価格と条件は購入画面に表示します。
同じ開発者の別アプリをときどき紹介します。第三者広告ネットワーク、広告識別子、広告目的の追跡は使いません。App Storeを開いた後のアクセスにはAppleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
選択した機能のため、カメラ、写真、マイク、音声認識へのアクセスを求める場合があります。写真保存を有効にした場合だけ撮影画像を写真ライブラリへ保存します。本アプリはApple（App Store、StoreKit、音声認識）とGoogle LLC（Gemini API、Google Cloud）を利用します。詳しくはAppleとGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。情報を販売しません。
端末内の記録は設定の「すべてのデータを消す」またはアプリ削除で消去できます。サーバー上の資格・回数データの削除は下記へご連絡ください。記録特定のためAppleの取引情報が必要になる場合があります。本アプリは13歳未満を対象とせず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

ReceiTracker (the “App”) helps you capture everyday spending and look back on it with ease. Convenience should not require handing your financial diary to the developer. This policy explains what the App handles, where information goes, and what we do not retain.
Expense records (store, date, amount, items, categories, and notes) and App settings remain on your device and cannot be viewed by the developer. Deleting the App removes them, except for backups or CSV files you exported. Your chosen export service’s terms and privacy policy apply.
An image or text is transmitted only when you ask the App to organize a photo, speech-derived text, or typed text with AI.
(a) During the three-day post-purchase preview or while using ReceiTracker Pro: Unless you use your own API key, data is sent through Google Cloud Run in Tokyo to Google LLC’s Gemini API. The developer’s server does not retain the image, text, store, items, or amounts after processing.
(b) With your own Google Gemini API key: Data goes directly from your device to Gemini without passing through the developer’s server. Your Google agreement and settings apply; data submitted under Google’s free tier may be used to improve its services.
(c) On-device OCR: Recognition occurs on your device and the image is not sent to an AI service.
Apple speech recognition converts voice to text. Depending on the device and OS, audio may be sent to Apple for recognition. If you then use AI organization, the transcript follows Section 2. The developer does not retain audio.
For route 2(a), Google Cloud Firestore in Tokyo records an Apple-issued transaction identifier related to the App purchase or subscription, Bundle ID, date, and scan count to verify access, enforce limits, and prevent misuse. These are not linked to your name or email. Images, entered text, stores, items, amounts, and categories are not recorded or used for sale, advertising, or behavioral analytics.
The paid App, one-time feature purchase, and monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions use Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payment; the developer does not receive your card number. Apple supplies transaction data required to verify purchase status.
The three-day full-feature preview after buying the App is not auto-renewing and does not charge automatically when it ends. ReceiTracker Pro renews automatically; the one-time “Full History” option does not. Prices and terms appear on the purchase screen.
The App may occasionally introduce another app from the same developer. No third-party ad network, advertising identifier, or advertising tracking is used. Apple’s privacy policy applies after you open the App Store.
The App may request camera, photo, microphone, or speech-recognition access for a feature you choose. A captured image is saved to Photos only when photo saving is enabled. The App uses Apple (App Store, StoreKit, speech recognition) and Google LLC (Gemini API, Google Cloud). See the Apple and Google privacy policies. We do not sell information.
Erase on-device records through “Erase all data” or by deleting the App. Contact us to request deletion of server-side access or count records; Apple transaction information may be needed to locate them. The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
