ReceiTracker（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。

1. 開発者による情報収集について

本アプリの開発者は、利用者の個人情報・利用状況・レシート内容などのデータを一切収集しません。本アプリには開発者が運用するサーバーが存在せず、利用者のデータが開発者に送信されることはありません。解析ツール、広告、トラッキングは使用していません。

2. 端末内へのデータ保存

撮影・入力したレシートの情報（店名、品目、金額、日付、費目、交際費マークなど）、および設定内容（APIキーを含む）は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータは、利用者が本アプリを削除するか、アプリ内の「すべてのデータを消す」を実行することで削除されます。

3. レシート読み取りAIについて（第三者サービスの利用）

本アプリでは、レシートの文字認識に以下のいずれかを利用します。

・Google Gemini API：利用者が「Gemini」を選択し、利用者自身が取得したAPIキーを設定した場合、撮影したレシート画像がGoogle社のGemini APIに送信され、文字の抽出・翻訳に使用されます。この通信は利用者のAPIキーを用いて利用者の端末からGoogle社へ直接行われ、開発者は関与しません。送信された画像の取り扱いについては、Google社のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）をご確認ください。

・端末内OCR：「端末内OCR」を選択した場合、文字認識はApple社の端末内処理機能（Vision）によりすべて端末内で行われ、画像やデータが外部に送信されることはありません。

4. カメラおよび写真へのアクセス

本アプリはレシートを撮影・選択するためにカメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求めます。取得した画像は文字認識のためにのみ使用されます。設定で「写真をカメラロールに保存」を有効にした場合のみ、撮影画像が利用者の端末の写真ライブラリに保存されます。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子どもを対象としたものではなく、子どもから意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

6. データの共有・販売

本アプリは、利用者のデータを第三者に販売・共有することは一切ありません（前記のGoogle Gemini APIへの送信を除く。これは利用者自身の操作と鍵によって行われます）。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Privacy Policy

ReceiTracker ("the App") is designed with your privacy as the top priority. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. No Data Collection by the Developer

The developer of the App does not collect any personal information, usage data, or receipt content. The App has no developer-operated server, and no user data is transmitted to the developer. The App contains no analytics tools, advertising, or tracking.

2. On-Device Storage

All receipt information you capture or enter (store name, items, amounts, dates, categories, business-expense marks, etc.) and your settings (including your API key) are stored solely on your device. This data is removed when you delete the App or use "Erase all data" within the App.

3. Receipt Recognition AI (Third-Party Services)

The App uses one of the following for text recognition:

・Google Gemini API: If you select "Gemini" and enter your own API key, captured receipt images are sent to Google's Gemini API for text extraction and translation. This communication is made directly from your device to Google using your API key; the developer is not involved. For how Google handles the transmitted images, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

・On-Device OCR: If you select "On-Device OCR," recognition is performed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device processing feature (Vision); no images or data are sent externally.

4. Camera and Photo Access

The App requests access to the camera and photo library to capture or select receipts. Images are used only for text recognition. Captured images are saved to your photo library only if you enable "Save photo to library" in settings.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Data Sharing and Sale

The App never sells or shares your data with third parties, except for the transmission to the Google Gemini API described above, which is performed by your own action and with your own key.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
