PaceRing（以下「本アプリ」）は、プレゼンテーションや講演の時間管理を支援するタイマーです。本ポリシーは、本アプリに保存される情報、広告およびアプリ内購入で利用する第三者サービスについて説明します。
- アカウント登録はなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号を本アプリが収集することはありません。
- タイマー設定、保存した構成、リハーサル履歴および購入状態は、端末内またはAppleが管理する購入情報として扱われます。
- 未アップグレード時のみ、Google AdMobのバナー広告を表示します。
- Standard Upgrade購入後は広告を表示しません。
1. 端末内に保存される情報
表示言語、配色、フォント、音、警告時刻、プリセット、プレゼンテーション構成、区間設定、リハーサル履歴などは利用者の端末内に保存されます。開発者のサーバーへ送信されず、開発者は閲覧できません。これらは本アプリを削除すると端末から削除されます。
2. 広告（Google AdMob）
未アップグレード時、本アプリはGoogle LLCが提供するGoogle AdMobのバナー広告を、設定中およびタイマー停止中に表示します。タイマー作動中は広告を表示しません。広告の配信、不正防止、計測のため、Google Mobile Ads SDKがIPアドレス、端末情報、広告または端末の識別子、おおよその位置情報、広告操作情報、診断情報などを処理する場合があります。実際の処理は、地域、端末設定および同意状況により異なります。開発者はこれらの情報を独自のサーバーへ保存しません。

3. アプリ内購入
Standard UpgradeおよびAdvanced PackはAppleのStoreKitを使用する非消費型の買い切り購入です。決済情報はAppleによって処理され、開発者がクレジットカード番号などを受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、機能の解除および購入復元のためにAppleが提供する購入資格情報を確認します。
4. 通知
利用者が許可した場合、ロック中またはバックグラウンド中のタイマー終了を知らせるためにiOSのローカル通知を使用します。通知内容は端末内で作成され、開発者のサーバーからプッシュ通知を送るものではありません。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。
6. 利用者の選択
端末内データは本アプリを削除することで削除できます。広告に関する選択肢が必要な地域では、Googleの同意画面またはアプリ内のプライバシー設定から変更できます。広告を表示しない場合はStandard Upgradeを購入できます。
7. 変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページと最終更新日を更新します。

PaceRing (the “App”) is a presentation timer. This policy explains information stored by the App and the third-party services used for advertising and in-app purchases.
- No account is required. The App does not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
- Timer preferences, saved presentation plans, and rehearsal history remain on your device.
- A Google AdMob banner is shown only before Standard Upgrade is purchased.
- Ads stop being displayed after Standard Upgrade.
1. Information stored on your device
Language, appearance, sound and warning preferences, presets, presentation plans, segment settings, and rehearsal history are stored on your device. They are not sent to a developer-operated server and cannot be viewed by the developer. Deleting the App removes this local data.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Before Standard Upgrade is purchased, the App displays a Google AdMob banner while the timer is stopped or being configured. No ad is shown while the timer is running. For ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, device information, advertising or device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics. The actual processing varies by region, device settings, and consent choices. The developer does not store this information on a developer-operated server.

3. In-app purchases
Standard Upgrade and Advanced Pack are non-consumable, one-time purchases processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment information; the developer does not receive your credit card number. The App checks Apple-provided purchase entitlements to unlock features and restore purchases.
4. Notifications
With your permission, the App uses local iOS notifications to alert you when a timer finishes while the device is locked or the App is in the background. These notifications are created on your device and are not remote push messages from a developer server.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your choices
You can remove local data by deleting the App. Where required, advertising choices can be changed through Google's consent message or the in-app privacy options entry point. You can also purchase Standard Upgrade to stop ads from being displayed.
7. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
