利用規約（日本語）

本規約はPaceRing（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを使用した場合、本規約およびApple標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリの目的

本アプリは、プレゼンテーション、講演、練習等の時間管理を補助するものです。厳密な時刻保証、緊急警報、医療・安全用途を目的とするものではありません。端末の状態、OSの制限、消音設定、音量、通知設定等により音や通知が作動しない場合があります。

2. 買い切り購入

Standard UpgradeおよびAdvanced Packは非消費型の買い切り購入です。Advanced Packの購入にはStandard Upgradeの購入が必要です。同じApple Accountで利用できる範囲では「購入を復元」から復元できます。請求、返金、税および決済はAppleの規約と手続きに従います。

3. 禁止事項

法令に違反する利用、本アプリやサービスへの不正アクセス、解析・改変・妨害、第三者の権利を侵害する利用を禁止します。

4. 免責

開発者は品質向上に努めますが、本アプリが常に中断なく動作すること、特定目的への適合性、計時・通知の完全な正確性を保証しません。適用法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用に起因する間接的または結果的損害について責任を負いません。

5. 変更・終了

機能、価格または本規約は、法令およびAppleの規則に従って変更される場合があります。重要な変更は本ページの更新等により案内します。

Terms of Use (English)

Effective: September 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of PaceRing (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

1. Purpose

The App assists with timing presentations, talks, and rehearsals. It is not an emergency alert, medical, safety-critical, or guaranteed precision timing system. Sounds or notifications may not operate because of device state, operating-system restrictions, silent mode, volume, or notification settings.

2. One-time purchases

Standard Upgrade and Advanced Pack are non-consumable, one-time purchases. Advanced Pack requires Standard Upgrade. Eligible purchases can be restored with the same Apple Account using Restore Purchases. Billing, refunds, taxes, and payment processing are governed by Apple's terms and procedures.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the App unlawfully, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the App or related services, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or infringe the rights of others.

4. Disclaimer

We work to maintain the App, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or perfect timing and notification accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.

5. Changes

Features, pricing, or these terms may change in accordance with applicable law and Apple's rules. Material changes will be reflected on this page or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
