本ポリシーは、Miru（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いを説明します。運営者は Bok-Choy Works (HIROKI MURAI)（以下「当方」）です。

1. 端末内に保存される情報

食事の写真（サムネイル）、食事記録、プロフィール（身長・体重・年齢・性別・活動量など）、体重の記録は、原則としてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当方がこれらを収集・保存することはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。

2. AI解析時の画像の送信

(a) ご自身のAPIキーを使う場合（BYOK）

写真は、利用者ご自身のGoogle Gemini APIキーを用いてGoogle社へ送信され解析されます。この場合、当方のサーバーを経由しません。Google社での取り扱いはGoogle社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

(b) サブスクリプション（Pro）のサーバー解析を使う場合

写真は、解析のために当方のサーバー（Google Cloud上）を経由し、Google社のGeminiで解析されます。写真は解析処理のために一時的に扱われるのみで、当方サーバーに保存しません。不正利用防止と利用回数の管理のため、当方サーバーはAppleが発行する購読識別子（オリジナル・トランザクションID）と日別の利用回数を記録します。これらは個人を特定する情報ではありません。

3. ヘルスケア（HealthKit）データ

ご許可いただいた場合、歩数・消費カロリー・運動時間をHealthKitから読み取り、画面表示と記録に使用します。これらは端末内で処理・保存され、当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。

4. 課金情報

App内課金（サブスクリプション）はAppleを通じて処理されます。当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。

5. 第三者への提供

当方は、広告の配信や広告目的のトラッキングを行いません。利用者情報を広告のために第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。

6. データの削除

端末内のデータはアプリの削除で消去されます。サーバー上の利用回数の記録は一定期間経過後に自動的に削除されます。ご自身に関するサーバー記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記までご連絡ください。

7. お子さまについて

本アプリは主に成人の利用を想定しています。未成年の方は保護者の同意のうえご利用ください。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

This policy explains how Miru (the "App") handles your information. The operator is Bok-Choy Works (HIROKI MURAI) ("we").

1. Information stored on your device

Your meal photos (thumbnails), meal records, profile (height, weight, age, sex, activity level, etc.), and weight entries are stored only on your device. We do not collect or store this data. Deleting the App removes this data from your device.

2. Sending images for AI analysis

(a) Using your own API key (BYOK)

Your photo is sent to Google and analyzed using your own Google Gemini API key. In this case it does not pass through our servers. Google's handling is governed by Google's privacy policy.

(b) Using the subscription (Pro) server analysis

Your photo is sent through our server (on Google Cloud) and analyzed by Google's Gemini. The photo is used transiently for analysis only and is not stored on our server. To prevent abuse and manage usage limits, our server records the Apple-issued subscription identifier (original transaction ID) and a daily request count. These do not identify you personally.

3. Health (HealthKit) data

With your permission, we read step count, active energy, and exercise minutes from HealthKit to display and log them. This data is processed and stored on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.

4. Payment information

In-app purchases (subscriptions) are processed by Apple. We never receive your card or payment details.

5. Third parties

Google (Gemini): processes images for AI meal analysis.
Apple: processes in-app purchases and verifies subscription status.

We do not serve ads or perform advertising tracking, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

6. Data deletion

On-device data is removed when you delete the App. Usage records on our server are automatically deleted after a limited period. To request deletion of your server records, contact us below.

7. Children

The App is intended primarily for adults. Minors should use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
